60 S. Front St. is a historic four-story unreinforced brick masonry bearing wall building with wood framed floors in downtown Memphis. Alterations to the building included the addition of a central atrium stair and skylight, elevator tower, and roof deck. Damaged brick and wood members were repaired. Seismic strengthening consists of anchors that joint the floor joists to the walls.
